With Trasparent Skin, everytime that a start my Xbmc, it starts on the setup option with the hard disk background screen. Are there anyway to make Transparent to start at the Movies option for example

nope, the focussed button on the home menu depends on which menu items you've disabled/enabled.

by default it will focus the videos menu button.
