I was thinking to buy a 5400k to see Hi10p anime but i don´t know if it´s powerfull enough or i must go for a 5600k

The A-6 5400k will play 1080 just fine, go to the A-8 5600 only for 3D

I have a 5400K running XBMCBuntu doing 10bit 1080p just fine on 12.2. In a few very extreme cases it drops frames but 12.2 is only single threaded video decoding. On 13 it'd be fine, since 13.0 Gotham and it's alphas implements multithreading in ffmpeg.

would you say the 5400 is enough for an general htpc? or should the standard be changed to the 5600?

I'd say the 5400K is more than enough unless you're concerned about h.264 @ 4K, h.265 and VP9. But those are pretty big wild cards that are a year+ off before we start seeing that stuff fed into XBMC.
