HD channels on the raspberry don't work correct in the latest 2 builds of openelec. Some testing revealed:
- Openelec v3.03 (12.2 Frodo) does not work. Switching between channels gives most of the time a blank screen with audio only. Sometimes it works.
- Openelec v3.02 does not work. Same issues as above.
- Openelec v3.01 (12.1) works ok. Channels switches is slow but works. HD 1080i also work ok. Switching between SD and HD channels works OK.
Same kind of issues with Nvidia / ION build (on a normal computer).
Latest build openelec giving strange video problems.
- Switching between channels is fast but sometimes HD channels playing in slowmotion, audio out of sync.
- After switching channel, video is flashing every second between video and a green screen.
- After a while videoplayback stops
12.1 builds are OK.
Something not related but sharing
If you use a import channel group from mediaportal and you have hidden channels in this group than selecting a channel gives strange results. Let say you have 10 channels in this group, two are hidden.
Through the channel selecter select channel 4. Now bring the channel selector back up again. You will notice that the last channel is not highlighted but probably a different channel. This is caused by the hidden channels.
