Interference

I have noticed some interference on the home screen ( the top third ) where my library appears and when i play any movies its there again.
How can i stop these snowy white dots from appearing?

So I have just tried the method of mentioned by adding the line for hdmi boost, but to no avail.
There is only interference on the top half of the screen ( where the album art is )

So last night the problem got worse.
The interference is still there but now i have the unit randomly switching off and the sound on live streams being intermittent, which leads me to beleive its the PSU.

Faulty HDMI
It was new one i had aswell
good job i keep a few in reserve!
