Now I do not go on and I'll install the new XBMC Cleint. I installed XBMC on a test PC and made the settings as the client. Immediately runs smoothly
Ok, I try it to install on a android-Smartphone, I get the same messages :-(
Where is the problem, that I can´t connect a Raspberrry or an Adroid-Client?
... but both devices I can access the network

Hello,
I install the Raspberry new and I take the IP-Adress for the backend/server.
What happens?
I can open the Channel-List but I can´t start liveTV. The Systems crashes.
After 3 trys to record the log-file I get the error message "no space available".
I delete some timeshift files and configure the radio-share on the server.
Now I get an "unknown error".
Can you tell me how can I edit the logs?

I'm not having much luck with this plugin with OpenElec (rbej's Gotham build) on the Pi.
I've got it setup and can access the EPG but whenever I try and start a channel, it reboots the Pi.

Well it stopped working again the next day! I also tried it with an old build of Frodo (12.1 I think, rbej's OpenElec from 28/3) and it didn't work under that either but I should try the latest Frodo and see if that works better.
One thing I'd like to ask is if this could be made to work without needing to change the TV Server IP address. It's recommended to set TV Server to use a loopback address of 192.168.2.1 but then this plugin can't see it and I had to change it to use 192.168.1.66 (the PC's normal IP address) but then we lose the advantage of using a loopback address (i.e. the server will keep working and be able to watch/record programmes even if the network is down).
So if some way could be found to make the MP TV Server plugin act as a bridge between the two addresses, that would be great.

@doveman: not sure what you mean, but I assume that you mean the IP address for RTSP streaming under "Steaming server"?
If you switch the PVR addon to TSReader mode without RTSP (local network only), you can put this setting back to its default setting.
The TSReader mode (without RTSP) only needs to access a windows share for the timeshift folder and recordings directory.
For RTSP streaming, the TV server opens the RTSP port only on the selected IP-address, so localhost won't work if your client is on a different machine.
It is outside the scope of the TVServerXBMC plugin to act as a bridge.

I was actually looking at the Hostname setting on the main page and thinking that had to be set to the address of the TV Server, rather than the machine it's running on. It seems to be working OK now thanks, with TV Server running on 192.168.2.1 but using 192.168.1.69 for the Hostname.
There's a big problem with the EPG though. I've set it to load only group Main but the channel list in XBMC looks nothing like Main, which has BBC One first, whereas in XBMC I think it had 302 (a BBC Red button channel) and there were various other channels missing or in the wrong places.
