Hi there,
First time caller, long time listener.
I've been running XBMC on a windows 8 htpc for a long time and enjoying the crap out of it! Recently two possible causes happened at the same time and Im darned if i can put my finger on the reason for it crashing.
I changed tv's that the htpc is plugged into (both HDMI in) AND one of my 1.5TB HDD crashed and needed repair.
Now to the problem, XBMC will cruise along quite well until I play a video. There will be no sound and after 15 sec the video will stop and XBMC will crash.
I figured it was the sound output yet when I try to change the settings it also crashes. I've run debug and have posted the logs below.
first is the "try to change audio output" log :
http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=21863
Now the "try to play something" log:
http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=21862
sorry for all the none essential crap, not sure what is needed.
PLEASE HELP!!! I dont watch free to air, just my precious htpc.
Also have re installed XBMC.
Edit: the file(s) im trying to play do not come from the repaired drive.
