I want to setup my episodes on Frodo 12.2 on the main menu I got tvshows how can I set it up so I can see the episodes I recoreded and watch them? I use nextpvr to watch and record the shows

I'm not sure how exactly NextPVR does it, but most PVR backends will let you save recordings in folders, one show per folder, and be able to name the episodes based on season and episode number. Get NextPVR to name/sort the episodes like that, and then you simply just add the recording folder to the library like you would for any other source.
Currently XBMC doesn't do any automatic scanning from the recordings section when in the PVR section of XBMC, but I think it's something that is being looked at for the future. Till then, this should work too.
