Is there any progress on this feature? I really miss HD audio (DTS HD-MA and Dolby TrueHD) via HDMI on my OS X devices.

I will, and I have done that already Smile

I've seen other systems being able to fix this on the OS X, might be their own audio driver implementation?

From a look on their website, and the dedicated page talking about HD audio ( http://www.bluray-player-software.com/ar...player.htm ), it sounds like they are intentionally misleading customers about the feature. HD Audio passthrough is not supported. HD Audio tracks are converted in software and passed to the receiver in one of the lesser formats.

Full disclosure: I work for WeTek. However, this is my personal account, and my words and opinion are my own.

HOW-TO: You can make easy links to the Kodi Wiki Manual using double brackets around common Kodi words: [[debug log]] = debug log (wiki), [[Video library]] = Video library (wiki), [[SMB]] = SMB (wiki) , etc
