Hello together,
I'm a little bit confussed. I have installed xbmc on my Pi and it is working very well. Now I want to add Videos/Music/Pictures to watch them on my TV. I uploaded them to my pi directory is /media/Videos, /media/Music, /media/Pictures. Now I added each path to xbmc by clicking on Videos/Music/Pictures and Add Source. I restarted my pi and when I click on Videos/Music/Pictures I see the screen again with Add source. How is it possible to see now a list with the added media? For example, when I'm clicking on Music I want to see a list of the files or the folders and not Add source.

Can someone explain it to me

where is /media/Videos .... and /media/Music etc stored ?

are you scanning the directories after adding them as a source ?

'Add Source' will also be shown in case you need to include additional sources

Hi,
I've mounted my external HDD direct to /media and so Videos and Music are subfolders.
Under /media/Videos I've a sub folder which is named Cinema where I saved my "Movies" and a subfolder Music wehre I saved my music videos. In these sub folders I've subfolder with the name of each film, because of the different languages, like:

/media/Videos/Cinema/aaaa/xxx.mkv
/media/Videos/Cinema/aaaa/Subs/*.idx
/media/Videos/Cinema/bbbbb/xxx.mkv
/media/Videos/Cinema/bbbbb/Subs/*.idx

I added Cinema as Source and selected these options:
Subfolders with the Title as name


But it only recognize "bbbbb".

What do I wrong?
Should I use the original names or the German name is okay?!
