Dear everybody,

I know that this is the xbmc-forum, but maybe someone has an idea / clue for me ;-)
After updating my xbmc to 12.2 I decided to update nito to... (wrond decision!)
I started the update within the "normal" ATV2 menu

after that the atv2 did a reboot, I could see the apple logo and after that my tv turned black.... the front LED kept on for about 10 seconds an then went off and on again... the screen kept black... and this happens again and again...

after asking friend google I found something that helped - I opened a ftp connection to the atv2 and renamed
/private/var/stash/Applications/Lowtide.app to Lowtide.app.old

Now I can start my ATV2 normal and can start xbmc.... but the nito menu is missing....
It seems to me, that the Lowtide.app is corrupted during update...

So I'm searching for a replacement or some idea the repair that problem...

But you could re jailbreak

You might be able to yank it out of an Apple restore image, but at that point I would just rejailbreak. Save your SHSH blobs so you can stay on the same iOS version. I hear iFaith is a good app to do this with.
