Linux Vdpau crash? Frodo 12.2
#1
I'm often get crashes/hangs when skipping fast through a video file (tvh recording). I think that its's somehow related to vdpau or video card drivers.
System in use is an ION 1st generation, with openelec 3.03 installed on it. Does anyone else suffers from this problem?

But I think that this is the most important part: ,
Code:

I also get random crashes when switching channels, but there is nothing in the logs (debug logging enabled)
So maybe this 2 issues are related to each other.

I can't reproduce this on my systems but i don't use tvheadend. Do you observe the same behavior with local files? Please post logs on xbmclogs.com

I had random crashes when switching channels too, the patch mentioned in this ticket fixed it.
