I'm in the process of setting up MySQL via windows but I may want to do on my READYNAS Ultra 6. Any limitations on one vs the other?

Edit: This is for having a centralized location for XBMC Central Database.

Both should be pretty much the same performance/experience, as far as XBMC usage goes.
