I've noticed when a menu of media items is open, a right-click will perform a "back" action unless hovering over an item (film, music track etc) when a popup menu appears with options to control that item.
However, when this popup menu appears the "right-click to return" is disabled, requiring the user to seek out the small "X" to close the popup menu.
Any chance a left-click away outside that menu could close the menu? And right-click away still perform a "back" action? At present, the right-click menu feels as though it's dropping something sticky on the screen, requiring you to clean up before being permitted further progress.
Sorry, rubbish analogy. But I hope you get the idea. I'm not certain if I'm the only one that feels this way, but this particular navigation just feels inconsistent with other controls.
