Win Dual/Split screen operation

It may have come up before, but I'd like to suggest the ability to operate XBMC in a dual screen mode on the same system, with a single instance running.

ie, If a windows PC has a main monitor for video output only, and a secondary screen, such as a usb/wireless touchscreen for the full blown menus.

I've tried out the android remote, and it is excellent, however I'd like to have the ability to have the full windows version menu features popup on a different screen to the one playing the video, rather than over the video. Perhaps the better concept is the ability to play the video alone on a different monitor, ie a TV connected to a PC via HDMI.

Also, I've not had a lot of time to play around with all the features, but does XBMC have the ability to "push" content via DNLA protocols, such as if a PS3 was configured to watch an XBMC stream, and then XBMC changes what is streamed to that console? If this is possible, could it be configured for multiple clients to receive different streams?
