Hi,

I have played ripped movies fine previously... but today movies are playing at 6 fps (slow motion) and I don't know what's wrong. I remember changing some settings but don't remember what. This is on a win 8 PC. Movies play fine when playing on VLC and XBMC runs fine on my other win 7.

I updated to 12.2 and still an issue.

Any ideas ?

Most likely your audio settings are wrong

Some time ago in my initial set up.. it was same scenario (slow motion) and audio settings were incorrectly set to analog... after changing to HDMI it was good.

Audio settings seemed OK... I changed some audio settings no good...

Finally, uninstalled and re-installed. Works now
