Have a problem with some new shows not showing up in xbmc but showing up in files... any quick fix

• Be sure your TV show folder and episode files are named correctly so the information about them can be properly scraped from thetvdb.com. See here for details: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Vid...s/TV_shows
  
• Check your debug log (wiki) to see why these shows aren't being recognized (probably due to naming issues, as mentioned in first bullet)
