I'm sharing my internet connection over WiFi on OS 10.8.4, connected with an iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.4.
I'm streaming audio.
If I get a phone call the audio stops (expected). When the call ends, the audio does not resume.
The AirPlay icon is no longer visible in the Music app.
The only way to resume streaming is to disable WiFi on the iPhone and re-enable.
I'm not sure if this is an iOS issue or a Mac OS WiFi sharing issue, so I went with 50/50 odds this bug would fit here. I've seen this issue occur twice. I'm not sure if it can be replicated every time, but so far it's batting 100.
