Some cases say they have USB 2.0 ports on front. Doesn't it depend on what you plug the header into? If I plug the header into a USB 3.0 header then isn't it USB 3.0? Or, is there a difference in the headers or materials that the ports are made of on the case?
I like the Apevia X-QPACK-2 case for MicroATX:

But it says it has 2x USB 2.0 ports on the front of the case. This is useless to me as I many times just want to plug in a USB 3.0 memory stick and play a movie off of it directly or transfer it without having to dig around back for the USB 3.0 ports.
