So I have been surfing, searching, googling and really am just coming up with nothing solid.

I am looking to build an HTPC but finding a motherboard is the main problem.

Here are my requirements

Mini ITX
Supports 3D and 4k TV's
Integrated video is preferred (I was thinking 3rd gen i3 or i5
7.1 surround sound
HDMI out
Optical out (this really is optional)
IR for remote or IR addon
Gig Network card (this is pretty standard)
PCI slot for turner card (I want to hook an antenna up to it for over the air TV)
USB 3.0

Added Things

Looking for a Bluray RW slot load (standard will be okay but slot loaded are just nicer to me
Low power modular power supply
8GB of Ram (might do some gaming on the machine)
Windows 8.1

Small water cooling system (I live in Texas!)

Small case to fit everything.

I was going to pair this with a 60GB SSD (I have 8TB NAS already so everything will be stored there.)

I figured I should be able to do all of this for about 600.00. Does anyone have any suggestions for mother boards that I should look at?
