Ive just updated my xbmc version to froda, but I'm still having issues with it finding all my films in my movie folder on my pc!

It used to be okay in the past, but recently I've noticed that every so often it does scrape/pick up new movies I've just dropped into the designated folder

When I right click the movie and click on update, I notice the names of the missing being scanned but they don't get added to my xbmc ?!?

Is there a fix for this?

Most likely due to file naming. Check your debug log (wiki) to see which movies are failing to scrape and then check themoviedb.org to see how those movies are named there.

ive search the movies on the website you suggested but after changing the movie folder it still doesn't choose the file

Can't provide any specific help without seeing a debug log (wiki) showing you updating your library for the movie in question. Upload the log to a public paste site such as www.xbmclogs.com and post the assigned URL here.
