I was having trouble with the movies not showing in my playlists. I then chose the movie files (under videos) and chose "change content" and it had movies listed as "music" in the drop down box. Made it movies" and all was great.

Well,I added another movie to my folder today and it did the same thing. I had to change the content to "movies". What setting am I missing so it will automatically have the content as movies?

Make sure the parent folder for your movies is set to "Movies" as the content type. Then whenever you add a new movie file to this parent directory, it will have a content type of "Movies".
