Hi

I am using Linux mint debian edition with cinnamon. I just compiled the latest xbmc and I'm trying to get it working with the Android remote control application but in the settings there is no options to set the login/password/port/etc. When I used the version provided with my distro, those options were there.

Is there something I need to install to be able to do this ?

Sorry if it's a noob question but I tried searching and didn't find anything
