Hi All,
I've been looking into Smart TV's recently (bored at work rather than in the market at the moment).
However, there was a feature of the 2013 Samsung's that I thought was really interesting, and could be a great PVR interface for XBMC. It's called "S Recommend" and it supposedly learns your viewing habits and recommends shows that are either on right now or are upcoming that you might want to watch.
In the image, you can see the larger box is where current live tv is playing (probably the last channel you watched) and the boxes on the right and below are recommendations.
All of this, I'm sure, could be done by a skilled XBMC-er - either as an app or maybe a skin? Even if it wasn't sophisticated but could you show you what was playing on all of your favourite TV channels while your current channel plays in the corner.
I know PVR support is in its early stages, but just wondering whether this already exists and I haven't been able to find it, or whether anyone is working on something similar etc.
Anyway, just a thought
