I basically just want a cheap linux box that can run Sabnzbd, Sickbeard, Couchpotato, Plex (Server and App), and XBMC. I know Ill want to most likely put the OS on a small SSD and another HD for storage at 5400 RPM as well as for it to have bluetooth and wifi, but at minimum have an ethernet port. I'm going to be running Ubuntu OS. So any recommended builds that has board, ram, processor, case, etc would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Do you have any existing equipment? All kidding aside, that would be your cheapest solution.
And you might be surprised that it actually does the job.
