I just noticed this weekend that the episode names for a large chunk of my library has disappeared. I haven't re-scanned or done anything. I have seen this in the past and the only solution I found was to delete my xbmc directory and start again. Anyone seen this before?

• Do you have cleanonupdate specified in your advancedsettings.xml file and are these missing files located on a disk that's not always accessible to XBMC?
  
• Do you have "Hide watched" enabled?

Hide watch is disabled. Drive is a local drive, but cleanonupdate is not set any ways. Also it is only some episodes. I have the trakt.tv plugin installed, could this be the source of the problem (it no longer asks me to rate items).
