XBMC very slow to start (8 minutes)

Seeing the below each time this happens - just wondering if this has been seen by someone else? Google searches return nothing useful...

Enable debug logging in XBMC, restart XBMC, upload the complete log to www.xbmclogs.com and post the assigned URL here.

Looks like an issue with my optical drive eh.
Have pulled out the DVD, will see if it returns.

OK I pulled he optical drive out, and it has worked perfectly since, starts instantly. Must be a hardware fault with my Optical Drive...
