Cant download any add-on for subtitles.
And cant download any add-ons at all.

Someone have the same problem?

Most likely a rights issue. For example, if you have your videos on a network share make sure you have write permissions on with the account you access the share with.

Try turning off the proxy setting in XBMC.

Have you tried doing a "forced refresh" of your repository(ies)?
