Howdy, ive never really used Library's before (Or at least I don't think I do)

I have 5 folders

Animated Movies
Animated Shows
Documentaries
Films
TV Shows

Ive add them via the files menu

Now when I update these library's there is only two menus on xbmc

Moives and TV Shows

Is this normal? as everything is mixed between the two out of the whole 5 I have above.

That is normal. For separating them in the home screen see the basic concept explained here: Custom home items (wiki).

There are even some skin mods for the default Confluence skin that will give you custom home items: http://forum.xbmc.org/forumdisplay.php?fid=125
