Hello
I am interested to use xbmc as a hotel rooms media center service.
so I should stream channels from a central tv/sat tuner, but I don't have any previous experience about tv/sat tuners.
could you give me a short description in how to choose and buy a tv/sat tuner and how to configure it for xbmc?

You'll have to provide more information, like how many rooms you plan to serve. It also matters whether you're located in Europe or the USA.

The maximum rooms are about 500 and it has located in the middle-east.
I am looking for the best soloution to stream tv/sat to the xbmc's devices. it shouldn't has any delay in streaming and it should generate some channel lists for some special's rooms.

You have to determine how many multiplexes you have for the channels you're planning to serve to your customers. For example, if you have 100 multiplexes you'll need 25 quad-tuners to serve the entire hotel, no matter how many rooms you have (as long as the hotel's internal network bandwidth is sufficient).
