Terrible sound distortion over HDMI

I'm getting terrible distortion over HDMI alot of crackling sound disabling pulse audio doesn't help and configure my .asoundrc for Encode to A/52 doesn't work. Any Suggestions?Huh

Remove your asoundrc.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

http://pastebin.com/91R4YVv6 I tested the 13.8_beta2 fglrx and I don't receive no crash logs. But, still suffering from memory leaks. So, at least I know there is a problem with the drivers.

I told you once and I will do it again:

13.8 fglrx is broken as hell and it is the reason for your Memleak, as you were told in the other thread.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Chill out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not asking for help. Geez!!Confused The only fglrx driver that works with my audio is the 13.8_beta2. All the other drivers including this https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=462620
