I have only just recently (few months) been using the TMDB scraper and today while filtering my movies in XBMC, I noticed that a lot of the movies had the wrong country information.
Turns out, Ember's TMDB scraper is getting the country information from the Release Information instead of the Production Information. This has totally messed up my smart playlists that look for specific countries like France, South Korea, China and Japan. Most movies are released in those countries...
