I'm going to repurpose an HP slimline s3120n. I'm an NVIDIA guy and the last time I had AMD graphics, whenever I switched inputs on my TV back to my HTPC, XBMC would be windowed and not fullscreen. You can imagine how annoying that would get. For those of you using a sapphire 5450, do you have this issue? Also, if you have any issues you'd like to report: audio/video, whatever you think that would keep me from buying this card, please let me know. 3d is not a concern but I don't want to have any issue with AEON skins or 1080p video.

Use openELEC. I don't suffer picture/resolution problems with HDMI switching that are normally expected in windows.

Thanks for the tip. Any audio issues? I'm not a big audiophile but would still want surround sound.

It uses the same audio engine without being mucked up by windows, granted, I have a win7 MC/XMBC hybrid box as my main HTPC hooked up to my surround sound. The OpenELEC box is used only on stereo TVs.
