Currently running xbmc on Apple TV 1 with crystal hd card installed. Crystalbuntu is installed on hard drive. Wondering if there's a better XBMC box, definitely one with more ram. Are there any good upgrades for me or is the ATV1 with Crystalbuntu my best option? The little black box looks nice but seems to have a lot of bugs according to forum reviews.

The Ouya does run the menus faster than Chrystalbuntu. Its still a little buggy though. My ATV1 has been collecting dust since i got an Ouya so i would say its an upgrade. Having android app access is really nice to.

I've only used the OUYA for a short time, but I can confirm the little bugger being able to use skins that bring the ATV1 to its knees. Don't get TLBB, as it's very slow in comparison to even the ATV1.

Depends on what you want to spend. Have a cheap used win7 box with video capture card, and remote. You might get one for less than $200 if you shop aggressively.
