Specifically SkinSettings.xml, are these meant to work? Let's forget that it's bad skinning if user needs to use these keys to scroll through items but it doesn't work at Frodo 12.2 in Confluence.
Might be trivial problem since Gotham is coming but this is bugging me because i'm 95% sure they worked around/after Frodo RC3. I've tested in OSX and Windows.
