My system uses hdmi output via an nvidia 610 for audio and images to the tv and my xbmc settings represent this.
However is it possible to connect to a simple stereo amplifier for audio without images when I want to listen to my music collection?
My motherboard has hd 7.1 jacks so is it possible and what lead would I need?
Would I need to change any software settings in xbmc?
I would like both audio outputs to work so I don't have to change the settings when I switch off my tv.
Any advice appreciated.
