Hi!
I'm planning to do a HTPC build with Streacom's FC10, a kind of a NAS - HTPC - Home Server. For that purpose, I would like 2 Ethernet ports as well as WiFi, which both of these boards fulfill:

The HTPC would be a passively cooled Linux based system, 2 WD Red HDD-s, an SSD, Intel i3-3225, Corsair Vengeance LP White DDR3-1600 2x4GB 1.35V, PicoPSU and eventually a Sony Optiarc BD-5850H.
Any suggestions which board would serve me better? They seem much the same to me. Thank you in advance!
