Hello,

Decided to test out stacking for this set, and while doing so found out that I have a macbookPro with MacOSX 10.7.5 that is having problems playing the disc two mkv rips of both The two Towers, and The Return of the King. When played the video is severely distorted, and stuttering, can't make anything out, just a bunch of flashing color streaks. They were ripped months ago, but never tested disc 2 of the films. Both disc rips ( part 1 and part 2) for The fellowship of the Rings play fine, and they use file stacking just fine.

Tried ripping the second disc for The Two Towers multiple times but no luck with palyback on this system. On an older iMac all of the files play just fine either stacked or not stacked. Renamed the mkv files so they would not follow the naming conventions required for stacking to see if they would play as a stand alone file, but same problem.


Any ideas on what might be going on ?

For starters post a debug log (wiki) of it happening and mediainfo of the file in question.

done, much cleaner now. BTW this build of XBMC is from frodo 12.0 source, and it contains a few mods I made to persistently display Aspect Ratios in nfo files, and your git pull request 3156 that fixed the stuttering issue caused by Audio Engine code. The fix in 3156 was really appreciated.
