I searched the threads for a while but couldn't find the exact answer I'm looking for. I have an iPad 2 mounted in my truck. It serves as my head unit. I use XBMC 12.2 on the iPad to access my hard drive that has my movies on it. The hard drive is connected to a wireless router. (yes, it's all in my truck). XBMC plays the movies great including sound through my RCA jacks.
I now play all my audio from the iPad through bluetooth. Apps like Netflix and Youtube play the sound through bluetooh just fine. XBMC plays the video, but no audio through bluetooth. I've been through all of the settings and tried troubleshooting but nothing works. This may be a known issue. I'm just trying to get a definitive answer. Does XBMC play sound through bluetooh on IOS devices?
