Hello:

Brand new to XBMC. I've read the wiki about removing media sources, but unfortunately I cannot understand them very well.

I realize XBMC already comes "preconfigured" with a Videos and TV Shows folder, now I have my own UPnP media server, which I can find and add with no problems, but if I name it Videos it creates a Videos (2) folder. Can I remove the original and rename the new one? I will only use this particular folder for my movies.

Yes, you can remove any of the pre-created sources. Shouldn't hurt anything.

I just...can't understand how to do it! I mean I'm pretty good at this kinda stuff, but I feel like an idiot. Could you tell me how?

Bring up the context menu, which should come up when you press and hold "menu" on the white apple remote. It should then have a remove option.
