Hi Guys,
Need help here, how do I update JB atv2 from 5.0.1 to 5.2. Have Parkinsons so I need to use wireless keyboard.

Without the SHSH blobs (and/or whatever it is iOS 6+ now uses), it's not really possible to update without updating to the latest version of iOS/ATV software. iOS 7.0.3 is the latest version, which Apple called ATV software version 6.0.1 (confusing, I know). I do not believe these are jailbreakable, so I would not update at all for the time being.
The good news is that you don't need to update to get bluetooth keyboard functionality, since your ATV2 is already jailbroken. Just follow this guide and you should be good to go:
