Is it possible that i add contextMenu on videofullscreen ?

I don't think* so for contexMenu. You should be able to do dialogs, window dialogs.

I'm not sure that a special context menu for FullscreenVideo even exists. At least default commands for context menu ("C" key and mouse right-click) perform different actions while in FullscreenVideo.

As for a custom menu, you can create your own menu via an add-on.
