Anyone recommend a solid FM2/FM2+ mobo (Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX) to suit an A10-5700 APU that can bitstream HD audio under Win7?

As far as bitstreaming goes, that's a function of the GPU so any FM2/FM2+ motherboard with HDMI will support it.
Given my personal experience with ASRock FM2 motherboards I would avoid them and maybe mini-ITX altogether unless it's a large case with good airflow.
