I have also big please - in this version on next one, maybe 1.9.1 please add more info about channel - TP
(SID, FEC, SR, Polarization) - for come with Gotham Final

with SID - will be more posibilites, example: from XBMC side pair picons (over names is litle stupid idea)
FEC, Polarization etc. for use in Skins like: (also in future maybe possibility edit paramters of channels from XBMC side, and more control )

what i mean:

in points what should be delivery over API:

(already few points are available i know)
- Sateltie position
- Provider
- Delivery system DVB-S/S2/T/T2/C,ATSC etc.
- TP/Mux Frequency
- Polarization
- SR
- FEC
- SID of channels
- CAIDs

(maybe later for the future)
- VPID
- APID
- PMT
- PCR
- TXT

With this all information - people could be also create some addons to autoupdate channels, import channels from other formats, or write scraper of kingofsat (or other service source) which could import/add channels to backend (VDR, tvheadend etc)

Provider, mux frequency, FEC and CAID is already available. With the exception of the delivery system the rest is only used for satellite systems so if skins start integrating these values there really needs to be a "Show satellite-specific information" checkbox somewhere in the settings.

this won't make it in gotham. i'll be changing the way properties are passed over the interface and look at adding new things after that.

Wouldn't it be beneficial to use C++ in the API instead of plain C?
