Hello people,
I am hoping that some of you out there could help a newbie with a problem.
I am new to XBMC with the purchase of a Raspberry PI and I am very impressed. At the moment I only have the one instance of XBMC running but I will soon be adding more as I add Raspberry's to the other TV's in the house.
All my media is stored on a FreeNAS NAS which contains, along with the media, instances on Newznab, sabnzbd, sickbeard, couchpotato, MySQL server and various other bits and bobs.
What I want to do is this: I wish to have a centralised MySQL database (no problem there, I have found the relevant wiki pages) but I want the database to be updated by a standalone program running on the NAS rather than the PIs due to the PI's limited processing power.
Does such a program exist or will I have to write one?
Many thanks.
