This appears on Frodo and Gotham, especially since the Win8.1 update. Tried different drivers to no avail.

I see you have AMD graphics, what driver versions have you tried as it's almost certainly driver related?

I've tried 12.10 up to 13.9 - I thought it might be driver related. Even formatted, installed a fresh W8.1 and then 12.10 drivers (which previously worked, mostly).
I see that I have a few options:
1) Either go back to Dharma, possibly Eden.
2) Stick with Frodo or Gotham and put up with the annoyance.
3) Buy a new HTPC.
I think the best option is going back to Eden and see how that works out.
