Hi All
I have been having some trouble adding a PC source to XBMC on the Rasberry PI.
I go to video > file > add videos > browse > windows network (SMB) > name of workgroup > my PC > then prompts me for a username and password an to remember this path.
I dont have any passwords on the computer or on the PI, and in advanced sharing settings on the PC, Password Protection Sharing is turned off (for public and private) I removed and created a new homegroup which gave me a password which did not work. And I dont have windows live help installed (which was an issue in other forums I read)
This also happened on Rasbian which I had installed on another Rasberry PI.
What is this password referring to and is there a default username/password?
