Hi all. My current household setup is this

2X R pi with Raspbmc installed (bedroom / living room)

1X quad core rk3188 running android with xbmc installed with september monthly build which sorts playback issues (going into daughters room for xmas)

Just purchased another box now for the sunroom (big family and big demands on media everywhere)

Amlogic-MX Cortex A9 Dual-core box so I can hopefully installed a custom linux xbmc build. Can anyone point me to an image or instructions on where and how to get the image running on it.

Be advised that it isn't compatible with every Amlogic MX/M6 device.
Also Amlogic hardware/software isn't even close to the quality of Raspberry Pi, you can forget about high bitrate videos, deinterlacing is crap, no hdmi 1.4 (so never fullhd 3d) and pvr still doesn't work.
For low bitrate videos, internet video streams and as audio client (analog output is great and stereo usb DAC will also work) it's fine.
And no promise to push Gotham based images as these devices are Chinese crap with no mainline support in Linux kernel.
