I don't like ati/amd video, no one here really does because they are crap.

why can't you just follow the advice you are given?

EDIT: PS hopefully this link will work, http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis...ageSize=20 - as you can see starting from $38 and $45 for fanless.

True. Is the best choose buying a new video, indeed.

But, and just for sure, if i buy that new nvidia card is 100% certain i run fluidly my Full-HD videos with that strong bitrate (> 28.000kbps)?

EDIT: My board dont have PCI-E, only AGP.

You can just buy a GeForce 610 pci card. It will fit and do everything you need.

1. No PCI GPU. Only pci-e
