Hi all
I've been running XBMC on Ubuntu for over 3 years on an Acer Revo 1600. I've had no issue with HD content playing back via my external NTFS USB 2.0 hard drives. It's always worked fine. Lately videos have started to stutter ever so slightly every minute or so. Just a few frames here and there. I have 2 2TB disks that are full to the brim with content and the issue happens on content from both disks.
Does anyone have any tips on things to check at the XBMC level to fix this issue? Do I need to connect the disks to a windows machine and defrag them?
Thanks!
