Question
Welkom All XBMC ussers (my first post so hello Big Grin)

Need a little help with my build ...
Right now in Netherlands (where i work now) there is nice discount on DC3217BY NUC
http://azerty.nl/0-5826-577307/intel-nex...17by-.html
I want to use it for XBMC build for 1080p to my LG tv

So my build would look like:
1)DC3217BY NUC
2)because this NUC don't have NIC i want use apple thunderbolt 1Gb NIC
3)For now USB3.0 16-32GB stick conected to usb 2.0 port
4)for now basic Usb wifi
5)bluetooth USB
6) 2GB ram
7) it will be running openelec/linux

at end if necesary i want to add
8) wifi/ Bluetooth combo
9)m ssd like http://azerty.nl/8-3280-640812/adata-pre...-soli.html

Smal questions to all of You...
1) is it worth because in similar price i can get DCCP847DYE that comes with NIC
2) will it be ok for 1080p mkv's and HD Youtube and etc.
3) running XBMC from USB is it slow (via usb2.0)? Can it cause frame skip etc?
4) How much ram is necesary 2 GB ok for start?

2GB RAM is ok for OpenElec/Linux
USB3 memory stick on USB2 bus is plenty fast if using OpenElec
I would STRONGLY recommend NIC rather than Wifi for streaming, particularly something like 1080p!
